I recently got a chance to team up Better Homes and Gardens in their \u201cGet Cozy, Give Back\u201d campaign<\/a> with a photo contest for charity.\u00a0 Here\u2019s how it works.\u00a0 Pick up your favorite Better Homes and Gardens throw at Wal-mart<\/a> and take a picture snuggling with your new blanket and submit it on their facebook page.<\/a>\u00a0 For every 250 photos submitted, BHG will donate $500 in Wal-mart gift cards to Children\u2019s Miracle Network.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 PLUS the top 5 pictures will have 15 blankets donated in their name to their local children\u2019s hospital.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 So neat!<\/p>\n

I picked up this brown plaid sherpa throw at Walmart and I love it!\u00a0 The colors are perfect for my living room and it has become the blanket my husband and I both want when we are cold.\u00a0 LOVE the soft sherpa part!<\/p>\n

They come in all kinds of colors!\u00a0 So pretty!<\/p>\n

They also have these royal plush blankets at Wal-mart too that you can use as a throw or as a blanket on your bed.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s the blanket in my living room.<\/p>\n

And here we are snuggling with the blanket by candlelight.<\/p>\n

And make sure to check out the Better Homes and Gardens lines at Wal-mart the next time you are there \u2013 I LOVE their things.\u00a0 You saw how I used a bunch of their fall tableware line on my fall table.<\/a>\u00a0 And with many items in their line that you purchase at Wal-mart you get a free year subscription to Better Homes and Gardens magazines.\u00a0 Gotta love that.<\/p>\n
